Single
coil pickups for 4-string "J-bass"
These custom-wound
pickups have more output and tonal character than your standard
J-bass pickups! The V V G J-bass style pickups feature grounded
shielding for reduced noise, are overwound for higher output
and use pairs of calibrated AlNiCo-V rod magnets for each string.
These pickups are offered as singles or in matched (RWRP) sets
and ship with black covers and mounting screws.
Single
coil pickups for 5-string "J-bass" Custom-wound
big brother of the VVG four string J-bass delivers monster tone
for your 5-string bass! Grounded shielding and vacuum potting
ensure that unwanted noise is reduced to a minimum. The neck
pickup is reverse polarity, reverse wound from the bridge pickup.
Custom-made solid wood covers are available for these pickups.
Split-coil
pickups for 4-string "P-bass"
These custom-wound split-coil pickups have more output and
tonal character than standard P-bass pickups! The V V G P-bass
style pickups feature grounded shielding for reduced noise,
are wound for higher output and use pairs of calibrated
AlNiCo-V rod magnets for each string. These pickups are offered
as a matched (RWRP) set and ship with black covers and mounting
screws.
PJ-bass

calibrated-field strength magnets for even volume across the
strings. This vintage-looking pickup features grounded shielding
and is wax potted under vacuum to suppress microphonics.
